Grass paper?
During the manufacturing process, paper based on wood fibers is mixed with grass fibers. This grass comes from local ecological compensation areas and can be processed with significantly reduced energy, water, and chemical use compared to traditional paper production.
Compared to the processing of wood fibers, up to 75% CO2 can be saved during grass fiber production.
As with all ELLER foodPackaging products, our “natureGrass” range uses paper sourced exclusively from responsibly managed and independently verified supply chains. This ensures a legal and sustainable origin of all raw materials.
