Dispatch conditions
Deliveries are made within Germany and in the following countries: Belgien, Dänemark, Finnland, Frankreich, Griechenland, Großbritannien, Irland, Italien, Luxemburg, Niederlande, Österreich, Portugal, Schweden, Spanien, Polen, Ungarn, Tschechische Republik, Slowakei, Rumänien, Bulgarien, Estland, Lettland, Litauen, Slowenien, Kroatien, Norwegen, Liechtenstein, Schweiz, Monaco, Vatikanstadt.
Dispatch costs
Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat shipping fee of 9,95 € per order.
From a order value of 250 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge a flat shipping fee of 14,95 € per order.
From an order value of 500 €, we deliver shipments to foreign countries free of cost.
We charge custom fees in the amount of 30 € for the countries listed below. These costs are displayed separately. Countries are: Great Britain, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Monaco, Vatican City.
Custom fees incur also for orders above 250 € and 500 €.

n case of deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options:

Further details on payment
Payment by invoice is possible under the following condition:
*only for long-standing customers.
The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 10 days.

Validity check
If we pay in advance, e.g. when paying an invoice or a debit note, your data will be forwarded to Creditreform Villingen-Schwenningen Schott KG, Marie-Curie-Str. 2, 78048 Villingen-Schwenningen, for a validity check using a mathematical-statistic process in order to safeguard our authorised interests. We reserve the right to reject the mode of payment of an invoice or debit note on the basis of the results of the validity check.
