full-time, machine optimization & prototyping for paper converting equipment
ELLER foodPackaging develops and produces sustainable food packaging for some of the world’s best-known food brands. We create “MOMENTS OF JOY” for people in the foodservice industry and grow by 22% each year. We regularly invest in new machines and equipment.
In this role, you ensure our machines are further developed from an engineering perspective so they become more powerful, more resilient, and optimally integrated into our production process.
YOUR SKILLS
- With a trained engineering eye, you quickly understand how our machines function.
- You identify design weaknesses and have the imagination to improve them.
- You develop and design prototypes and improve them iteratively in testing.
- You create manufacturing-ready drawings for external suppliers.
- You support installation and commissioning of your improvements together with our mechanics.
