ELLER foodPackaging develops and produces sustainable food packaging for the world’s most well-known food brands. We create “MOMENTS OF JOY” for people in the foodservice industry and grow by 20% year after year. This role is for you if you love turning opportunities into concrete orders.
Our Business Development team creates customer excitement and opportunities through strong presentations – and this is where you come in: you take over these qualified opportunities and lead them to close with structure, value selling and strong negotiation skills.
You report directly to the Managing Director and have a team at your side to support you.
YOUR SKILLS
- Several years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Packaging development and production are very familiar to you.
- You are passionate about food and new food trends.
- You keep your sales pipeline under control and enjoy following up on opportunities actively and regularly.
- A talent for understanding customer requirements and translating them into solutions.
- Confident negotiation skills and a passion for driving decisions.
- Excellent English required, at least C1.

- Sales project ownership: you lead each opportunity like a project to close – with plan, milestones and commitment.
- You develop solutions with smart alternatives that create value for our customers.
- You support and accompany customers during product testing.
- You build relationships with decision-makers, address their needs and focus on successful closing.
- After closing, you ensure the complete handover to the next team that safely guides your won order through the company.
