full-time, for warehouse, goods dispatch and teamwork in our foodservice production
ELLER foodPackaging develops and produces sustainable food packaging for the world’s best-known food brands. We create “MOMENTS OF JOY” for people in the foodservice industry and grow by 20 % every year.
This role is a good fit for you if you like getting hands-on, work reliably and are motivated to make sure, together with a small team, that our goods reach our customers on time, complete and without errors every day. You do not need to bring the perfect CV. Your mindset is more important. If you are motivated, work cleanly, take responsibility and are ready to learn new things, we will support you in building up the knowledge you need.
In our logistics department, everything revolves around coordination, overview, speed, quality and teamwork. Trucks arrive every day, goods have to be planned, picked, moved, checked, loaded and unloaded. Our standard is clear: on time, complete and with as close to zero errors as possible. Because our packaging goes to the largest international food brands, who rely on our ability to deliver.
This is a real task. But it is also a really good opportunity if you want to show what you are capable of!
YOUR SKILLS
- You are reliable and understand that others need to be able to count on your work.
- You enjoy getting physically involved while also working cleanly and in a structured way.
- You keep an overview even when several trucks, orders and priorities are pending at the same time.
- You enjoy working in a team and actively coordinate with your colleagues.
- You do not just want to complete tasks, but want to understand and improve processes.
- You are eager to learn new things and to work your way step by step into our warehouse and logistics processes.
- You take time requirements seriously and still work carefully.
- You speak German well enough to safely understand safety instructions, work orders and coordination within the team.
- A forklift license is an advantage. If you do not have one yet but are a good fit for us, we will support you in obtaining it.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, production, skilled trades, shipping or another practical working environment is helpful, but not mandatory.
THESE TASKS SHOULD MOTIVATE YOU
- You make sure that our goods are always shipped on time, complete and safely.
- You pick, check and pack goods with the support of our digital picking software.
- You load and unload trucks safely, quickly and with an eye for priorities.
- You supply your colleagues in production with the required raw materials via our Kanban warehouse.
- You ensure that our machines are supplied at the right time, with the right material and in the required quantity.
- You help keep warehouse areas clear, clean and sensibly organized.
- You support warehouse inventories and the ongoing control of our stock levels.
- You observe occupational safety, hygiene, quality and load securing in your daily area of responsibility.
- You contribute when processes can be organized better, more clearly or more simply.
- You help ensure that many individual steps ultimately become a strong team performance.
