ELLER foodPackaging is not affected by the insolvency of Eller repro+druck GmbH. Both companies are legally and economically independent. Our production, delivery capability and all existing agreements continue unchanged.
Dear Sir or Madam,
As you may already have heard, Eller repro+druck GmbH filed for the opening of insolvency proceedings last week. Since some of our long-standing customers still know ELLER foodPackaging GmbH from the time when we worked more closely with Eller repro+druck, we would like to inform you proactively and transparently:
ELLER foodPackaging GmbH is not affected by this matter.
Both companies are legally and economically independent. There are no financial dependencies between Eller repro+druck GmbH and ELLER foodPackaging GmbH.
For you as our customer, this means:
Our production, our delivery capability, our customer relationships and all existing agreements continue unchanged. ELLER foodPackaging GmbH remains your reliable, capable and future-oriented partner for high-quality packaging solutions.
ELLER foodPackaging GmbH originally emerged from Eller repro+druck in 2012 and has since developed independently and very successfully in the foodservice packaging market. Today, we serve around 45 customers in 25 countries and work for some of the best-known brands in the European fast-food and quick-service restaurant sector.
We very much regret the development at Eller repro+druck. The company has a long history, and we feel personally connected to many of the people there. Our sympathy goes to the employees, for whom this is certainly a very difficult situation.
For ELLER foodPackaging GmbH, however, our focus remains clearly directed towards the future.
Our company is stable, profitable and continues on its growth path. We are currently investing around EUR 3 million in a highly modern packaging printing machine, which is scheduled to go into operation in December and will further strengthen our production capabilities.
In the further course of the insolvency proceedings, new spatial opportunities may also arise for us. If it becomes legally and economically feasible to use additional space or premises, this could support our further development and planned growth in a meaningful way.
We thank you for your trust and look forward to continuing our successful cooperation with you. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us personally at any time.
Kind regards,
Björn Eller
